Introducción
La pandemia provocada por el COVID19 en el pasado curso 2019-2020 trajo una serie de
consecuencias sobre la comunidad educativa. La situación requirió medidas nunca antes
adoptadas con el n de contener la transmisión de la enfermedad (Organización Mundial de la
Salud, 2019). La primera de dichas consecuencias fue la necesidad de connar a la población.
De tal forma, todos los escolares y docentes a nivel mundial tuvieran que quedarse en sus casas
alejados de los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la presencialidad para llevarlos a cabo
mediante la aplicación de un aprendizaje de carácter online donde las TIC jugaron un papel
relevante (Rial, 2023). Sin embargo, se observó que no todo escolar pudo acceder en igualdad
de condiciones a las mismas tecnologías, ya sea por falta de recursos materiales o recursos
económicos. Tras analizar los datos del informe PISA (Instituto Nacional de Evaluación Educativa,
2016), se determinó que el aprendizaje online abrió una nueva brecha socio-económica y también
profundizó una brecha anterior que se consideraba ya cerrada y que incidía especialmente sobre
aquel alumnado que venía arrastrando problemas educativos previos, como indicaron desde la
Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos (2020).
Una consecuencia que se observó en aquellos países con una elevada disgregación educativa,
como es el caso de España en el que se han transferido las competencias educativas a las
diferentes comunidades autónomas, fue la falta de implicación de las autoridades educativas para
adoptar medidas comunes a corto plazo que faciliten la transmisión de los procesos de enseñanza-
aprendizaje ante situaciones de ausencia de presencialidad. Durante la etapa de connamiento,
se evidenció la falta de recursos TIC dirigidos como una plataforma educativa para facilitar la
comunicación entre los diferentes agentes implicados: docentes-alumnado-progenitores; o, a
su vez, la concreción de las herramientas para continuar con el normal proceso educativo. Esta
carencia requirió de una improvisación por parte de los docentes para determinar cuál o cuáles
herramientas y metodologías debían seleccionarse.
Otra consecuencia inmediata del connamiento escolar fue, tal y como indican fuentes de
la Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (2020), que cada semana de
connamiento, se perdió un ingente capital humano, lo que se traduce a medio y largo plazo en
la falta de profesionales debidamente formados. Finalmente, se ha observado el aumento de
enfermedades y síndromes tras el connamiento escolar entre la población escolar, provocado en
parte por la falta de contacto entre los mismos.
Ante la incertidumbre de la situación y la posibilidad de que nuevos connamientos se lleven
a cabo, en mayor o menor escala, se ha determinado la necesidad de realizar un estudio de
investigación que analice la situación educativa real, centrando la misma en todas las dimensiones
de una comunidad autónoma: social, económica y educativa, como sugiere Trujillo (2020).
1.1. Contextualización del problema de partida.
La situación analizada viene determinada por un elemento fundamental que incidió directamente
sobre el normal discurrir de los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje: la pandemia provocada por
