Organizational culture and its effect on business performance

Abstract

Organizational culture and business performance have factors that condition and determinate the result of their interaction, which makes it important to know and understand how implementing a culture in an organization is to encourage its best performance, since it promotes communication and improves labor relations, having repercussions on the performance of the company, therefore, it is sought to establish from a literary review methodology, the incidence of organizational culture in business performance, defining its determining factors based on the analysis of different studies. As a result, it was established that the organizational culture is in constant change and evolutions, coupling the environments and external factors of the markets and society, defining it as the set of ways of acting, feeling, and thinking in a share way at all levels of the organization, because of job satisfaction and an environment and senior management that promote it. Concluding that the creation of an organizational culture based on specific and determined factors allows improving the competitiveness of human talent through job satisfaction and an appropriate environment, resulting in optimal and efficient performance of the organization.
