Abstract

This study explores the critical intersection between telemedicine and healthcare marketing. Telemedicine, by facilitating remote medical care, has preventive potential, reducing the need for medical interventions without adequate supervision. However, it is marketing that has the power to drive its acceptance and adoption in society. Through the review of high-impact literature sources, this article highlights how marketing acts as a catalyst, enhancing the advantages of telemedicine and promoting its effective implementation in the healthcare system. The objective is to demonstrate how a synergistic collaboration between the two spheres can lead to a significant increase in the use and efficiency of remote medical care.
