Abstract

The generation of agile business models is vital for the survival and innovation of business initiati-ves. The objective of this study is to develop the Canvas business model at the Adriano Palta bakery in the Tababela parish, since it is a business that offers its customers a variety of products, mainly bakery, of good quality and at a convenient price. However, it does not have an adequate performan-ce in the market, which has generated a decrease in its sales and a low flow of money. The diagnosis was made with the application of a survey to a random sample of 60 clients and an interview with the owner of the business. This allowed to establish the strengths and weaknesses of the bakery Adriano Palta. From the diagnosis, the Canvas or canvas of the business was designed, which includes the business model in a single sheet. This has taken into account the shortcomings and possible solu-tions. In conclusion, the implementation of the Canvas business model at the Adriano Palta bakery will increase sales and revenues to make it profitable.
